Camera Ready Paper Submission
Please carry out the
following steps to submit the camera-ready paper and online registration:
1. Register online
at https://www.aic2022.scrs.in/page/registration-fee.
Click the
“Click Here to Register” link,
available on the registration page. You will be forwarded to Conference
Services (https://confservices.in/Registration) website for the
payment of the registration fee. Please select the Conference (AIC
2022 | 2022 IEEE World Conference on Applied Intelligence and Computing |
17-06-2022) and proceed to payment after filling in the required
details.
Please note that in order to register in the
SCRS member category (subsidized registration fees), you can first become a
member at https://www.scrs.in/account/register and then
register for the conference.
2. After completing
the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice attached to
that Email. Please check your different Email folders if it is not in your
primary inbox. This completes the fee payment.
3. Convert
the paper into 02 columns of IEEE standard format in word
.doc or Latex format only. The authors are requested not to prefix their
credentials, i.e. Dr., Prof., etc. in the author's name. All manuscripts should
be prepared in the IEEE conference template. The template can be downloaded from
the below link. Authors are requested to use "US letter" as the IEEE
format.

Note: Please check carefully the title,
margin, section, subsection numbering, figure and table captioning style,
referencing style, etc. Conference proceedings that meet IEEE quality review
standards will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
IEEE reserves the right not to publish any proceedings that do not meet these
standards.
4. Go to the link http://mss.scrs.in/ for
camera-ready paper submission.
5. Enter your Paper ID and password. The password will be the combinations
of first four characters of Paper Title followed by paper id. For example, if
the name of the Paper Title is “Advances in AI” and the paper id is “212”
then the password will be “ADVA212”.
6. Upload the .zip folder, containing the following:
a. PDF of the revised paper.
b. Source files (word file).
c. Reviewers’ comments response in separate doc file.
d. Payment proof (Invoice).
e. SCRS/IEEE Membership Certificate if you have registered in the SCRS/IEEE
membership category.
Please note that the Last date for submission of the camera-ready paper,
payment of registration fee, and online registration is May 25, 2022.

NOTE: Accepted authors will receive an
email from IEEE website/Publication Co-Chair for entering the details of
copyright in the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) after the verification of all the files
uploaded in the .zip folder.
